When you contact us or book a tour we collect the details needed to run that booking: your name, email address, phone number, hotel or pickup address, and the tour and date you chose. We ask for nothing we do not need.
When you browse the site we also collect anonymous usage data: pages viewed, tours viewed, items added to a cart, completed bookings, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and the site or advert that brought you here.
We use cookies and similar technologies to measure how the site is used and to show our adverts to people who have visited. This means some data is shared with the companies below, each acting as our processor under its own privacy policy:
Google Analytics and Google Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager, for traffic measurement, conversion tracking and remarketing.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, for conversion tracking and remarketing.
Cloudflare, which delivers the site and filters malicious traffic.
TranslatePress, which stores your chosen language.
These services may set cookies that recognise your browser on other websites. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors above except where the law requires it.
Bookings and payments are handled by our booking system, Rezgo. Your booking and payment details are processed on their platform under their privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.
The banner on your first visit lets you accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. Declining does not stop you booking. Essential cookies, such as your language choice and your consent decision, are always set because the site cannot work without them.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and adjust Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Booking records are kept as long as we need them for the trip, for accounting and for any legal obligation. Analytics and advertising data is kept for the retention period set in each platform, which is up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond.
